The olive business of Konstantopoulos S.A. dates back to 1956 and their products can be found all over the world, either under their own Olymp brand or under private labels such as Attis in the UK. They are one of the largest olive packers in Greece (handling over 9000 tons of olives each year) but their focus remains on quality, which is assured by IFS and HACCP certification. Their olives are carefully harvested by hand, efficiently collected, then fermented in 10000L tanks. When ready they are processed according to customers’ needs, eg. whole, pitted, sliced or stuffed.
